2. Description of Service
Spaced Repetition Online is an educational application designed to help users memorize and retain information through automated spaced repetition scheduling. We provide the infrastructure for you to create, organize, and review your own study materials.
3. User Accounts
To use the core features of the service, you must authenticate using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
4. User Content
You retain all ownership rights to the study materials, notes, and topics you log into Spaced Repetition Online. By submitting content, you grant us the necessary permissions to store and display that content exclusively to you. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, abusive, or violates the rights of third parties.
5. Prohibited Conduct
When using our service, you agree not to:
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software
- Use automated means to excessively access or scrape the service
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
